What is a group order?
A Fresh Prints group order is the easiest way to collect individual orders for merch without manual work. When we say "group order," we don’t mean the regular bulk orders most sororities, fraternities, and student clubs make.
With a group order, instead of collecting everyone’s info by yourself and paying for everyone up front, you get a group order link you can share with your members.
When people click the link, they’ll see something similar to an online store.
Here's an example of a Fresh Prints Group Order / Online Store page
People get to pick what merch they want: how many, in what color, and in what size. Plus, the more people buy an item, the lower the price for that item becomes!
Once they've selected their merch, they just need to add their shipping info (if orders will be shipped individually) and payment details, then they're done. And the best part is, no one gets charged until the group order tips.
This is why group orders are a great option for general merch drops (PR) or other Greek events like Philanthropy Week, Formals + Date Parties, and Parents’ Weekend. Read more about how group orders work here.
