How do I set the ordering deadline and keep people on schedule?

You should set the group order deadline or “time limit” depending on when you want everyone to receive their merch. A couple of things to remember:

• Group Order Links are usually open for 1-7 days only.
• If all merch orders are shipped to one place, it usually takes 14 days to arrive.
• If merch is shipped individually, it can take up to 21 days.

Let’s say you want all orders shipped to the chapter house by March 22. That means your group order deadline should be March 7. Here’s a sample timeline breakdown:

• Feb. 17-28: You’re already working on finalizing all the merch options and coordinating with your Campus Manager
• March 1: Group order link opens and you get people to order ASAP
• March 7: Group order link closes
• March 8-21: Production & shipping (14 days)
• March 22: Merch arrives at the group’s address
