Should the chapter pay for apparel or should individual members pay?

Most chapter events (and the merch for those events) are already covered by the membership dues actives pay. So in most cases, the chapter pays for the merch.

But there are instances where chapters create group orders or set up limited-time stores for PR merch where members can order one-off items and pay for it individually.

If you’re using self-checkout, you’ll have an option to pay on the spot (but you’ll need the correct payment details handy) or invoice Fresh Prints if you’re planning to pay through check, Venmo, or member funds.
