Whenever you design something with Greek letters, a chapter crest, or any trademarked mark, we handle an internal licensing review and submit it to the right body for legal approval before anything goes to print. Nationals rejections only happen when vendors skip that step, and we never do.

You can also choose to pay everything upfront, pay within 30 days of placing your order, or make partial payments over time.

From there, our team handles an internal licensing review to make sure your design follows all trademark guidelines before anything moves to production. If anything needs a small adjustment, we'll flag it and sort it out with you directly. Nationals rejections only happen when vendors skip that step, and we never do.

Most frat shirt orders arrive in about 11-14 days. Expedited and rush shipping options are available if you're on a tight timeline, and you can add a guaranteed delivery date for events where late merch isn't an option.

Is there a minimum order quantity for frat shirts?

Not always! Many of our products have no minimum, so you can order just one or as many as you need. Use the "No minimum" filter in our Product Gallery to find them.

For standard in-stock products with screen print or digital print, the minimum is 12 pieces per design with a 14-day turnaround. You can mix garment types (shirts, hoodies, crewnecks, long sleeves) and they all count toward that same minimum of 12, as long as the design stays the same.

Pricing is quantity-based per design. The more people in the order, the lower the price per piece for everyone. You can see those price breakpoints live in the Design Tool before you commit to anything.

Here's a general idea of what to expect:

T-shirts and basic tees: $8–$20
Premium Fresh Prints Heavyweight Hoodies: $60–$70
Crewnecks and sweatshirts: varies by style and quantity

One smart move: mix premium and budget-friendly blanks in the same order. Everyone gets the same design; members who want the premium product can choose it, and everyone else can grab the same look on a Gildan or Hanes blank. As long as it's the same design in the same order, it all counts toward one shared minimum.
