When should we order our recruitment shirts to have them on time?

Ideally, your chapter should order them as early as possible to avoid rushing at the end and pricey expedited shipping fees. We recommend you start working on your design at least 6 weeks in advance, so you have time to finalize it, navigate budgets and the price, and collect sizes.

If you’re ordering for a specific event, we recommend you aim to place that order 3 - 4 weeks before the event (more if it’s a specialty product or print type). Our standard order with free shipping takes 11 - 14 days to get to you, but the more time, the better. Once your event gets too close, we do offer expedited service and Fresh Prints Flash, but those cost more.
