How should our chapter coordinate what to wear for each round of recruitment?
First, meet with the Recruitment Committee weeks before Recruitment Week. Lock in your recruitment theme, your plans for each round, and all the outfit inspo to match. Then, make announcements during chapter meetings. Show everyone the inspo per day so everyone’s on the same page.
After that, you can start sending reminders. Print out the outfit inspo and put them up on your chapter house bulletin board, if you guys have one. Send a chapter-wide email that includes the outfit inspo and any guidelines. Then do a final check-in during Work Week so there’s still some time for last-minute prep.
