How do I track my shipment?

In any case, we provide you with a tracking number that can be used to see the live status of the order.

We use UPS for all of our orders except individual shipping and promo products. We occasionally use other courier companies for rush orders.

For orders which need individual shipping, we use either USPS or UPS, based on the weight of the shipment. For promo orders, we work with 3rd party suppliers who use different service providers but they give us the tracking details for each order.
