What's your return policy?

No one likes order issues, but if you’re not satisfied with what you received, we’ll do everything we can to fix it! We’ll ask you to send photos of the merch so we can assess the situation and determine the best solution. Once reviewed, we’ll either process a reprint or issue a refund, depending on what’s most appropriate.

We generally don’t accept returns, as the garments are customized and not reusable. But, we may request a return if the printer or supplier asks for the garments to be sent back for further investigation.
