What's your return policy?

Fresh Prints makes sure you get exactly what you ordered. If you’re not satisfied with what you received, we’ll do everything we can to fix it! We’ll ask you to send photos of the merch so we can assess the situation and determine the best solution. Once reviewed, we’ll either process a reprint or a refund, depending on what’s most appropriate.

We typically don’t process returns since every garment is custom-made and created just for your order. In some cases, though, our team might ask for the items back to help us investigate and resolve things more effectively. If that happens, we’ll share return details and guide you through the process.
