What's your return policy?
Since each order is made just for you, we’re not able to accept returns unless there’s a defect or you received the wrong items. If that happens, reach out within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
Before anything goes into production, you’ll get a final mockup and order summary. That’s the time to check all the details—spelling, colors, logos, placement, sizing—and let us know within 24 hours if anything needs to be updated. After that, the order gets locked in and we can’t make changes.
Because everything is custom-made, we can’t offer refunds or reprints for things like choosing the wrong size or timing an order too close to an event. Just make sure to double-check everything up front—and if you’re unsure about something, feel free to ask!
