How do I get started on my first order?

There are 3 ways you can start an order with Fresh Prints:

1. From Our Site Galleries

Choose any product or design on our site that you like, then click “Customize” or “Request a Mockup.”

If you choose Customize, you’ll be taken to our Design Tool where you can edit the design how you like and choose the product you want to print it on. Learn more about using the Design Tool here. Once you’re happy with your design, save it and checkout.

If you select Request a Mockup, our Art Team will help create your design. You’ll be asked to fill out a quick form to explain what you want, and we’ll email a free mockup within a couple of hours! You also get unlimited revisions for free.

2. From the Design Tool

Access the Design Tool through this link or by clicking the “Design Tool” button on the top navigation bar.

Once you’re there, pick a product, choose a design from the gallery, and customize it however you want! Then name your design and click save (if you need to go back to it later, you can access all your saved designs through your HQ account).

When you’re happy with your design, click the green “Add to Cart” button on the lower right corner to checkout.

3. Through a Campus Manager

If you know a Campus Manager (CM) at your school, you can reach out to them about placing an order as well. Unsure if there’s one at your school? Go to this page, scroll down to and search the name of your school to know if there’s a Campus Manager there. You can also email us directly at hi@freshprints.com
