How do I start an order?

You can start an order from anywhere on our site! Pick any product or design you like from our galleries, then choose “Customize” or “Request a Mockup.”

• If you select Customize, you’ll be taken to our Design Tool where you can create a design from scratch, upload your own artwork, or edit one of our templates. From there, choose your product, add quantities, and select your fulfillment time (Standard, Expedited, or Flash). Once you save your design, our team will review your order, prepare a proof for approval, and confirm the details before production begins. If you need help at any point, just open the chat inside the Design Tool and we’ll walk you through it.

• If you select Request a Mockup, you’ll fill out a quick form explaining what you want, and our Art Team will create a free mockup for you within a couple of hours.
