Do our custom designs need approval from Nationals or Licensing?

Yes, if your design has a sorority/fraternity/school name, Greek letters, or anything officially owned by an organization (like a mascot, logo, etc.), it will need to get reviewed first. 

But don’t worry Fresh Prints makes this process smooth by handling the licensing checks for you. Here’s how we handle licensing at Fresh Prints:

Our team knows all the design rules for Greek merch, so we can quickly point those out and make revisions to your design (for free).

Once you’re happy with the design and our team is done checking, we send it to Affinity for proper licensing checks. This review usually takes 3-5 business days, but you can check the status of the licensing review on your HQ account.
