Can we reopen a link after it closes?
You can sometimes extend the group order, especially if you’re close to tipping. Just let your Campus Manager know before it closes, and they’ll help you figure it out.
But if it’s already been 28 days since the first person placed an order, the link can’t be reopened. That’s because we can only hold someone’s card info for 28 days.
