How does Fresh Prints make collaboration and order management easier?

Fresh Prints makes design collaboration and merch order management easy through HQ - our free online customer portal. When you create an account, you can add your exec board, merch chair, and anyone else who needs to see and approve merch designs as members to your “HQ.”

They’ll be able to see all of your saved designs, open them in the Design Tool to create their own versions, leave notes suggesting changes, and request revisions. You can also build shared moodboards by favoriting designs and products you guys love on our site.

You’ll also see all placed orders on HQ. There, you’ll get to track design approvals, check the status of your order in real time, and manage invoices.
