What factors affect the price of a custom apparel order?
Fresh Prints will always communicate prices and fees upfront so there’s no surprises. The common factors that affect price are: product, print type, decoration method, number of print locations, quantity, licensing, order timeline, and sales tax.

Number of print locations
An order with multiple print locations is more expensive overall compared to an order with just one print location. You can customize your merch and choose the print locations you want on our Design Tool.
If you do multiple print locations, pricing can still increase depending on the size of your design, the print type, and the number of colors your design needs.
Quantity
All products have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) that you need to reach for us to process your order. And usually the more you order, the less the overall cost becomes. The less you order, the more expensive it becomes.
Licensing
Licensing can also affect your custom apparel order’s price. All Greek groups are subject to a certain royalty rate. Usage of University trademarks may or may not increase pricing depending on the royalty status. In any case, our quoter will automatically apply the necessary royalties based on your design.
Order timeline
It’s always a good practice to order your merch in advance (at least 4-6 weeks ahead) since rush orders will cost more.
Sales tax
Sales tax will depend on your shipping address’ zip code but this will automatically be calculated and added to your total when you get a quote or self-checkout.
