How do we choose a theme for our Bid Day shirts?

If you’re feeling stuck, here are a couple of things to consider:

Think about the season. If your recruitment is in the Spring, then it’ll make more sense to go with a garden theme that has a lot of pastels and flowers like “In Bloom” or “Gives Me Butterflies”. If it’s in the Fall, then a theme that uses more earthy tones or has a cozier feel to it would be better.

Think about what’s trending. When the Barbie movie came out, chapters loved doing Barbie-themed events (especially for Bid Day). When F1 became more mainstream, people did more and more car racing themes. When in doubt, check social media to find out what people are interested in right now.

How do you want new members to feel? If you want them to feel sentimental and get a warm welcome into the sisterhood, you could go for softer themes like “From Me To You”.
