Foil

Gold foil definitely catches attention, since it can reflect light, while still looking super elegant. Get this if you want your chapter to be noticed even when there’s a crowd.

  • Technique: Foil printing involves applying shiny metallic foil onto the garment using a heat press.

  • Cost: Based on the size of the design and the number of locations.
  • Colors: Available in gold only.

Other Specifications

  • Adds 7 days to order timeline
  • Costs $3 per location ($3.50 for holographic)
  • We can do foil on cotton and cotton-blended garments, but it's not advisable for heat-sensitive materials like nylon or water-resistant jackets, or ribbed garments.
  • We can’t mix screen printing and foil on the same side of the garment. The drying and curing method used to adhere the foil will ruin the ink.
  • There can only be one color of foil per location per side of the garment. 

Wash Guide

Foil prints are pretty delicate and shouldn't be washed, just like regular garments, as the foil may end up getting peeled off. The garments should be gently washed inside out in cold water. They should be air-dried instead of machine-dried.
